         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3179 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioner/plaintiff against order dated 28.03.2016 passed by the

learned II Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.

Nagar, allowing I.A.No.229 of 2016 in O.S.No.1485 of 2008,

filed for sending Exs.A.3 and A.4 along with Exs.A.1 and A.2 to

handwriting expert for comparison and opinion.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge, Rangareddy, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 27.11.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
