JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the

present appeal, as he states that the parties were able to resolve their

disputes and jointly applied for a divorce by mutual consent, which

has already been granted in their favour.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is

accordingly disposed of as not pressed along with the pending

applications, if any.
