         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1010 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioner/plaintiff

questioning the docket order dated 15.10.2015 passed by the

learned VII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District

at L.B. Nagar, in O.S.No.1194 of 2006, for not receiving the

unregistered agreement of sale dated 10.12.1985 as evidence.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself

came to be dcreed, by the Court below vide judgment dated

28.04.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
