I.A.No. 3 of 2020 in/and APPEAL SUIT No. 1397 of 2004

COMMON JUDGMENT:

I.A.No. 3 of 2020 is filed by the appellant for grant of

permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this

I.A. is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, A.S.No.1397 of

2004 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
