THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI
WRIT APPEAL No.1666 of 2008
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellants has vehemently argued
before this Court that against the order passed by the Special
Deputy Collector there was a remedy of revision under clause 6 of
the Telangana Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation. He has
stated that he filed a writ petition in the matter and suffered an
order also and therefore, liberty be granted to withdraw the writ
petition as well as writ appeal.
Learned Government Advocate has not objected to the
reasonable prayer.
Resultantly, the writ petition as well as the writ appeal are
dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a revision.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
