On reference to Lok Adalat for resolution of the inter se

dispute between the parties, the Lok Adalat passed award on

11.09.2021 recording the terms of compromise.

2. The award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 11.09.2021 is

taken on record.

3. In view of the same, the appeal suit is disposed of in terms of

the award dated 11.09.2021 passed by the Lok Adalath.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand

closed.
