ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings vide letter

dated 30.04.2021 issued by respondent Nos.3 to 5 requesting

respondent No.6 to freeze the petitioner company's Bank Account

bearing Nos.1013790728, 1014649469 and 1045007351 of Kotak

Mahindra Bank, K.G.Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi Branch, and

other linked and connected accounts.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for

respondent Nos.1 to 5, submits that as per the judgment of this Court in

W.P.Nos.13363 and 10565 of 2020 vide order dated 03.12.2020, the

petitioner has to approach the concerned Court under Section 451 read

with 452 Cr.P.C., for de-freezing/release of the Bank account.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

willing to approach the concerned Court with appropriate application

and a direction be issued to the concerned Court to pass orders

expeditiously.

4. In the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to approach

the concerned Court with an application for de-freezing the petitioner

company's Bank Account, which was in pursuance of Cr.Nos.2452 of

2020 and 2344 of 2020 of P.S. Cyber Crime, Central Crime Station, DD,

Hyderabad, and on such application being filed, the Court concerned

shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of one

week.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There

shall be no order as to costs.
