WRIT APPEAL No.669 of 2008
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant has informed this Court
that respondent No.1/P. Ranjit Kumar was appointed on
12.03.2008 and was promoted as Sub-Engineer on 25.07.2018,
respondent No.2/G. Satish Kumar was appointed on 04.09.2010
and has been promoted as Lineman on 30.06.2017 and respondent
No.3/A. Tulasidas was granted appointment on 06.03.2008 and
has been promoted to the post of Lineman on 26.07.2016. He has
stated that the order of the learned Single Judge has already been
complied with. He has also stated that two of the writ petitioners,
namely, P. Ranjit Kumar and A. Tulasidas were given appointment
by the employer even prior to the order passed by the learned
Single Judge, and therefore, no lis survives in the matter.
In the light of the aforesaid, the writ appeal is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
