COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Regard being had to the controversy involved in the
aforesaid cases, they were heard together and are being
decided by a common order.
The facts of W.A.No.98 of 2016 are reproduced as
under:
The present W.A.No.98 of 2016 is arising out of common
order dated 20.11.2015 passed in W.P.No.18682 of 2015 and
batch by the learned Single Judge.
Writ petition was filed by the writ petitioners, who are
serving as Inclusive Education Resource Teachers. Their
grievance was in respect of 2015-16 academic year. The
academic year has come to an end and the benefit of the
order has already been given to the writ
petitioners/respondents in the present writ appeal.
As the academic year itself is over, the present writ
appeals have become infructuous and accordingly, the same
stand disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is also
granted to the parties to ventilate their grievance in case need
arise in future.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
