JUDGMENT:

It is represented that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat for

settlement and accordingly, an award was passed on 12.12.2020 in terms of

settlement.

In view of the above, the present appeal is closed in terms of the said

award passed by the Lok Adalat. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
