                  WRIT PETITION No.20582 of 2021


ORDER:

1. The present writ petition is filed with the following

relief:-

"It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the Respondents in not allowing the 20 years Special Grade to the Petitioner with effect from the completion of 20 years of service rendered in the respective post irrespective of regions of the TSRTC as bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust, discriminatory and contrary to circulars of the TSRTC and also contrary to the Judgement of this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.16286 of 2020, dated 23.9.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to effect the 20 years Special Grade to the petitioner with proper fixation by counting entire service rendered in the present post irrespective of the regions and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel

for the respondents state in unison that this matter is covered

by the judgment of this court in W.P.No.34780 of 2018, dated

01.10.2018.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of

directing the petitioner to make a representation to the

respondent No.2 for grant of Special Grade increments on

completion of 20 years of service, which shall be considered

by the respondents/Corporation by considering the total

service of the petitioner in the respondents/Corporation,

irrespective of regions and appropriate orders shall be passed

within a period of eight weeks.

4. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ

petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order

as to costs.
