ORDER:
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the
petitioners contended that the petitioners have approached respondent No.2
seeking police protection as they have decree in their favour in O.S.No.3 of 2009
passed by learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, vide judgment dated
18.02.2015, but the respondents are not providing police protection. In those set
of circumstances, the petitioners have approached this Court and this Court was
pleased to grant interim directions as prayed for on 11.9.2019.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents
submitted that the respondents are willing to provide police protection if only the
petitioners give a representation stating the date and time on which it has to be
provided.
3. This Court, having considered the aforesaid submission of learned
Government Pleader, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be
disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the
respondents seeking police protection by specifying the date and time and upon
such representation being received by the respondents, the respondents shall
consider the same and provide police protection in accordance with law.
4. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
