JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     The limited grievance raised by the appellants/writ petitioners

in the present appeal is in respect of non-fixing of the timeline in the

impugned order dated 30.07.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge

in W.P.No.11512 of 2021 directing the appellants/writ petitioners to

approach the concerned authority with the relevant documents for

taking a decision on the pending request made by the appellants/writ

petitioners for grant of permission to the appellant No.2 to donate his

kidney to the appellant No.1.

2.     Mr. Nagesh Bheemapaka, learned Government Pleader for

Medical and Health appearing for the respondents states that he has no

objection if the court fixes a timeline for the respondent

No.3/Committee to dispose of the pending representation of the

appellants/writ petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of with the consent

of the parties along with the pending applications, if any. The

appellants are permitted to be represented through counsel before the

respondent No.3/Committee. The parties shall appear before the said

Committee on 04.08.2021 and the documents submitted by the

appellants shall be duly examined and a speaking order be passed

under written intimation to the appellants/writ petitioners on or before

09.08.2021.
