         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 885 of 2018

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 16.11.2017 dismissing I.A.No.1149 of 2017 in O.S.No.84

of 2006 on the file of Principal District Judge, Medak at

Sangareddy.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of District

Courts, Sangareddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below, vide judgment dated 31.08.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition. `

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
