  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 343 of 2018

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 16.11.2017 dismissing I.A.No.110 of 2016 in O.S.No.91 of

2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, Jagtial, the said suit itself came to be returned, by the

Court below vide judgment dated 11.10.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition. `

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
