         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 147 of 2018

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 30.11.2017 allowing I.A.No.408 of 2017 in O.S.No.621 of

2017 on the file of XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City

Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to

be dismissed as withdrawn by the Court below vide judgment

dated 14.09.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
