   THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5524 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 22.08.2017 dismissing I.A.No.19 of 2017 in O.S.No.882 of

2013 on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil

Courts, Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Chief Judge,

City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be

decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 10.04.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
