   THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7564 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 06.11.2017 dismissing I.A.No.501 of 2017 in I.A.No.573

of 2016 in O.S.No.1103 of 2009 on the file of VIII Additional

Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar,

Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 06.03.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
