COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the appellant/husband states that he has

made efforts to contact his client, but could not succeed. He further

states that the respondent/wife has also expired and perhaps it is for

the said reason that the appellant/husband is not contacting him.

2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present

appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution along with the pending

applications, if any.
