  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3948 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated

04.07.2017 passed by the learned I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil

Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.433 of 2017 in O.S.No.935 of 2016.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 07.08.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
