JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

The present appeal was listed on 19.03.2021. However, none

had appeared for the appellant. The matter was therefore directed to

be listed today for dismissal. Same is the position today. None is

present on behalf of the appellant even today.

2. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the

present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for

non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
