This appeal was referred to Lok Adalat held by the High

Court Legal Services Committee and an Award has been

passed by the said Committee on 20.02.2021 as per the terms

of the agreement entered into between the parties before it.

2. Therefore, this Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said

Award dt.20.02.2021.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
