COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the private respondents states that pursuant to

the order dated 24.03.2021, she has received an undated letter addressed

by Mr. Dugyala Devender Rao (the respondent No.1 in W.A.Nos.435,

437, 522 & 523 of 2020) stating inter alia that they are not in a position

to execute the works as per the earlier tenders that were under challenge

in the writ petitions and therefore, have requested that they do not wish

to pursue the present appeals.

2. It is stated by learned counsel for the private respondents that the

said letter was received only yesterday and has been filed in the Registry

with a copy to learned counsel for the appellants.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants confirms having received the

said letter.

4. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the private

respondents, on instructions, the impugned common order dated

28.09.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.6595, 8622,

6869 and 14280 of 2020 is quashed and set aside. The present appeals

are, accordingly, allowed and disposed of along with the pending

applications, if any.
