   THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7052 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 18.09.2017 dismissing I.A.No.370 of 2017 in O.S.No.813

of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge,

L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of District

Judge, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 22.06.2020.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
