         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6637 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the action

of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal in not

disposing of I.A.No.226 of 2017 in I.A.No.833 of 2016 in

O.S.No.511 of 2016.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil

Judge, Warangal, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by the

Court below vide judgment dated 11.06.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
