JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     The present appeal is directed against an order dated 16.03.2021

passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6306 of 2021, filed by the

appellant/petitioner praying inter alia for declaring the action of the

respondent No.2/Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana

Limited and the respondent No.3/Superintending Engineer, TSSPDCL in

issuing letters dated 26.11.2019 and 18.02.2021 respectively, threatening

it with disconnection of electricity supply to its plant.

2. By the impugned order, the learned Single Judge has directed that

the writ petition be listed on 16.04.2021 and further without prejudice to

the rights of the parties, called upon the appellant/petitioner to deposit a

sum of Rs.20 lakhs with the respondents within two weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner states that the sum of

Rs.20 lakhs has already been deposited and since the matter is listed

before the learned Single Judge on 16.04.2021, he does not wish to press

the present appeal.

4. The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed

along with the pending applications, if any.
