The present appeal was listed on 08.03.2021, when none had

appeared for the appellants. As a result, it was directed to be listed

today for dismissal. Same is the position today. None is present on

behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not

interested in prosecuting the present appeal.

2. The present appeal is accordingly dismissed in default and for

non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
