Order

23/03/2026 The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been

preferred by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 94/2025

registered at Police Station Dholapani, District Pratapgarh, for the

offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 352, and 3(5) of the

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 3(1)(s) and 3(1)(r)

of the SC/ST Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report

dated 19.03.2026, which is taken on record. As per the said

report, after thorough investigation, the police have proposed to

file a negative final report before the competent Court.

This Court has considered the matter and, in view thereof, is

not inclined to interfere in the present case.

Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all their

contentions before the competent Court at the appropriate stage.

The stay petition as well as all pending application(s), if any,

stand disposed of.
