Learned counsel for the respondents submits that compliance

report has already been filed along with the order dated

30.12.2025. It is submitted that order under contempt has been

complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the

subsequent order dated 12.08.2025 was kept in abeyance vide

order dated 30.12.2025 (Annx-CR/1) and in pursuance to thereof,

petitioner has joined deputed post but monetary benefit of said

period has not been paid to him till date. It is also submitted that

the petitioner has already submitted his representation to this

effect.

Learned AAG has assured that in case, any such

representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be positively

decided within four weeks.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is

dismissed. Rule is discharged. However, if the representation of

the petitioner is not decided within stipulated period, he will be at

the liberty to revive this contempt petition.
