The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 528 of

BNSS has been filed by the petitioners seeking directions to the

respondents to register an FIR on the complaint submitted by the

petitioners.

Taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the

case, the petitioners are directed to submit a detailed

representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police

within a period of thirty days from today, who shall take into

consideration the contentions and thereafter take appropriate

action in accordance with law while considering the judgment

rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita

Kumari Vs. State of U.P. & Ors (2014) 4 SCC 339.

The instant criminal misc. petition is disposed of accordingly.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
