1. The present review petition has been filed with an averment

that the matter in question was wrongly covered by the judgment

passed in Sohan Lal Mathur vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.;

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3631/2008 (decided on

17.11.2008).

2. However, after perusal of the facts, the financial upgradation

as granted to the respondent and the judgment passed in Sohan

(Uploaded on 23/01/2026 at 05:27:34 PM)

[2026:RJ-JD:4520] (2 of 2) [WRW-22/2021]

Lal Mathur (supra), this Court is of the clear opinion that the

matter was rightly covered by the judgment of Sohan Lal Mathur

(supra).

3. No case for review is made out and the same is hence

dismissed.
