1. Challenge in the present appeal is to the order passed by the

learned Single Judge whereby the learned Single Judge relied on

the judgment passed by the Single Bench in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.15127/2022 and other connected petitions

(Tarun Songara Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr).

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that State had

challenged the judgment passed in Tarun Songara (supra) by filing

D.B Spl. Appeal Writ No. 634/2024 (State of Rajasthan &

Ors. Vs. Tarun Songara) along with another appeal. The same

was considered and dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this

Court on 09.09.2024.

3. Having noticed the aforesaid facts, we find that nothing

survives in the present appeal and the same is accordingly

dismissed in light of the aforesaid judgment passed by Coordinate

Bench in the appeal filed by the State of Rajasthan.
