These present misc. petitions have been filed by the

petitioners for quashing of FIR No.550/2025 registered at Police

Station Sukher, District Udaipur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

dated 13.02.2026, which is taken on record, as per which, the

police after thorough investigation in the matter has proposed to

file a negative final report before the competent Court.

This Court has considered the matter and in view thereof, is

not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Accordingly, these present misc. petitions are dismissed.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all their

contentions before the competent Court at an appropriate stage.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
