1. At the outset, learned Additional Advocate General submits

that the issue is presently pending adjudication before the Public

Land Protection Cell (PLPC) and assures this Court that

expeditious disposal thereof shall be undertaken, strictly in

accordance with law.

2. In view of the aforesaid assurance given by learned

Additional Advocate General, the present writ petition (PIL) stands

disposed of with a direction to the respondents to act upon the

assurance so given by the learned Additional Advocate General

and conclude the proceedings before the PLPC within a period of

the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, if

occasion so arises. All pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed of.
