1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that
the controversy involved in the present matter is squarely covered
by the judgment rendered by the Division Bench in the case of
Kiran Jain vs. The Director, Primary Education, Rajasthan &
Ors. (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.1377/2025).
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of
and the directions given in the above case of Kiran Jain (supra)
shall also be applicable in the case of the present petitioners.
3. All pending applications stand disposed of.
