1. The instant application for bail under Section 482 of BNSS

(438 of Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioner who has been

apprehending his arrest in connection with the FIR, the requisite

details of which are tabulated herein below:

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the

instant anticipatory bail application while seeking liberty for the

petitioner to surrender and move a regular bail application before

the learned trial Court. It is, therefore, prayed that the learned

trial Court may be directed to consider the same in light of

judgment rendered by a Coordinate Bench in Khet Singh & Anr.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has not opposed the

above prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant anticipatory

bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the

petitioner to surrender and move a regular bail application before

the learned trial Court. Upon doing so, it is expected from the

learned trial Court to consider and decide the same in accordance

with law.
