Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of coordinate bench of this court rendered in a batch of

writ petitions led by S.B.Civil Writ Petition no.15821/2021

(Vijay Pal V/s State & Ors.) decided on 17.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to

refute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition is

disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by a coordinate
