1. Assailed herein are two orders dated 13.01.2025 & 15.01.2025,

vide which, petitioner was transferred from Gram Panchayat

Pichiyak, Panchayat Samiti, Bilara, District Jodhpur to Panchayat

Samiti Dechu, District Jodhpur, and relieved pursuant thereto.

2. Matters herein pertaining to the post of Village Development

Officer (Gram Vikas Adhikari), being absolutely same on all four

squares, as was in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1311/2025

(Hardev Paliwal Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), the present writ

petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment, ibid. For

details reasons & discussions, see order/judgment dated 23.01.2025

passed therein.

3. Accordingly, impugned transfers order qua the petitioner are

quashed with liberty to the respondents to pass fresh orders.

4. All pending application stand disposed of.
