The MACT, Churu by its judgment and award dated 25.08.201 1 in MAC Case d o . 9912007 awarded a sum of Rs. 4,27,000/- alongwith interest @ 7% per annum.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the present

appeal with liberty to move an application for recalling of this order in the event an

appeal or cross objection is found to have been filed by claimant/owner/driver of the

vehicle. As the appellant Company has decided to compIy with the award impugned

- t h e spirit of Lok Adalat, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed.
