1. The petitioner herein, inter-alia seeks a command to the

respondents to relieve him with Last Pay Certificate and final NOC

Certificate from the post of Constable to join on the post of

Teacher Gr.III, Level-I without insisting him to refund training

expenses/salary.

2. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy

herein is no more res integra as the same has been effectively

[2025:RJ-JD:12337] (2 of 2) [CW-13966/2023]

adjudicated by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment

dated 30.05.2023, rendered in Avinash Gajna vs. The State of

Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12565/2020.

3. On a specific Court query, learned counsel for the respondent

has no objection if the present writ petitions are disposed of in

terms of the aforesaid judgment.

4. In view of the aforesaid consensus between the counsels the

instant petition is disposed of in same terms as the judgment in

Avinash Gajna, ibid.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
