petitions are also disposed of in same terms, for detailed reasons /

discussion, see order / judgment dated 23.01.2025 passed

therein.

2. Accordingly, impugned transfer orders qua the petitioners are

quashed with liberty to pass fresh orders.

3. All pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
