1. This Court finds that there is already a judgment dated

19.10.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur

Bench in Shyam Prakash Meena & Ors. Vs. Union of India &

Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14258/2024 and other

connected petitions, whereby those writ petitions were allowed

and declared the note at Sl. No.11 A of Rule 81 of the Central

[2025:RJ-JD:6909-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-3506/2025]

Motor Vehicles Rules 1989, as amended vide notification dated

04.10.2021, as ultra-vires Section 64 (o) read with Section 211 of

the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 as also inoperative in law.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking similar relief.

Since the relief has already been granted, no separate

adjudication is called for.

3. It is needless to say that the judgment rendered in Shyam

Prakash Meena (supra) shall apply in the present case.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition as well as stay petition

are disposed off.
