Order
14/08/2025
1. Having perused the case file, this Court prima facie finds that
the application filed by the petitioner seeking stay of the order
dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority,
[2025:RJ-JD:36403] (4 of 4) [CW-14131/2025]
Jodhpur is pending adjudication before the learned Board of
Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer.
2. In view of the fact that the application seeking stay against
the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Revenue Appellate
Authority is pending before the learned Board of Revenue, this
Court is not inclined to interfere with the order dated 05.06.2025
passed by the learned Board of Revenue.
3. However, this Court deems it just and appropriate to dispose
of the present writ petition with a direction to the learned Board of
Revenue to consider and decide the application filed by the
petitioner seeking interim order along with revision petition
against the judgment as early as possible preferably within a
period of three months from today.
4. In the meanwhile and till a final decision is arrived at in the
stay application filed by the petitioner before the learned Board of
Revenue, the status quo as it exists today in relation to the land in
dispute shall be maintained by the parties.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition as
well as stay application stand disposed of.
