1. None appears for the petitioner. None was present even on

18.11.2024.

2. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging

disobedience of order dated 20.01.2015 passed in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.4526/2009.

3. A specific reply/compliance report was filed on behalf of the

respondent authorities on 11.05.2023. As per the reply, it has

been submitted that the benefits as payable to the petitioner had

been granted, keeping into consideration the larger Bench

judgment of this Court at Jaipur in State of Rajasthan & Ors.

Vs. Chandra Ram; D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.589/2015

[2025:RJ-JD:36056] (2 of 2) [WCP-439/2016]

(decided on 03.07.2017). Therefore, there was no willful

disobedience on part of the respondents.

4. No counter to the reply/compliance report has been filed.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to

proceed with the present contempt proceedings any further.

6. The contempt petition is hence, disposed of.

7. Rule is hence, discharged.
