1. The instant misc. application has been preferred by the

applicants/appellants seeking correction in the order dated

04.09.2024 passed by this Court in SBCMA No.1177/2022,

whereby, due to a typographical error, in para No.1, judgment and

award dated "17.02.2022" as well as in para No.4, date of award

and the order dated "17.02.2022", have wrongly been mentioned

as "17.02.2024" and "13.10.2013" respectively. Counsel for the

appellants/applicants urges that rectification of the aforesaid error

is essential.

2. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest

of justice, the same is allowed. It is directed that from now on, in

para No.1 and 4 of the order dated 04.09.2024, dates of the

judgment and award as well as date of award and order, shall be

read as "17.02.2022" instead of "17.02.2024" and "13.10.2013".

3. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order

dated 04.09.2024 passed in SBCMA No.1177/2022.
