controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely

covered by a judgment rendered by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.13204/2024 (Goverdhan Kumar V/s State of

Rajasthan & Ors.), and other connected matters decided on

23.09.2024.

3. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of judgment

rendered by this Court in the case of Goverdhan Kumar (supra).

4. The stay petition as well as other pending misc. applications,

if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
