1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits

that the controversy raised in the instant writ petition, is no more

res-integra in view of the judgment dated 06.11.2015 rendered by

the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of State of

Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. The Management Committee Sh.

Bhagwan Das Todi College [D.B. Special Appeal (Writ)

No.663/2015] along with two other connected matters.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that

the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation is

considered and decided by the respondents while keeping into

consideration the judgment passed in the case of State of

Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. The Management Committee Sh.

Bhagwan Das Todi College (supra).

3. In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ

proceeding stands closed with a direction to the petitioners to

address a comprehensive representation to the respondents

ventilating their grievances.

4. In case, a representation is so addressed, the State-

respondents are directed to consider and decide the same keeping

into consideration the judgment passed in the case of State of

Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. The Management Committee Sh.

Bhagwan Das Todi College (supra) by passing a reasoned and

speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of

three months from today.

5. Stay petition also stands disposed of.

6. The order has been passed based on the submissions

made in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine

the veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in

case, the averments made therein are found to be correct, the

petitioners would be entitled to the relief.
