2. Heard.
3. These appeals have been filed against the order passed by
the learned Single Judge on 13.05.2024 relying upon another
order passed in the case of Arawali Resources LLP Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.- S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6884/2024
passed by this Court at the Principal seat, Jodhpur.
4. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the order
passed by the learned Single Judge was taken in appeal and
appeal has also been dismissed.
5. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that against
the order passed in appeal, a review petition is pending, therefore,
these appeals may be kept pending until the decision of the review
petition.
6. We are of the view that once the appeals have been
dismissed, these appeals cannot be kept pending but they are also
dismissed, however, with liberty to revive depending upon the
order that may be passed in the review petition.
7. A copy of this judgment be placed on record of each appeal.
