1. Mr.C.L. Saini, AAG puts in appearance on behalf of both the

respondents. Hence, service upon both the respondents is

complete.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the

present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by

the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of Jorawar Singh Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.555/2005), decided on 07.11.2006.

3. Counsel for the respondent-State admits that yes, the issue

raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order

passed in case of Jorawar Singh (supra) and this petition may

also be disposed in same terms and directions as given in case of

Jorawar Singh (supra).

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with the

directions to the respondents to allow the service benefits to the

petitioner by considering the date of initial appointment in the

Government service i.e. 26.03.1997 and the petitioner would been

titled for consequential benefits, including the selection scale etc.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, all pending

application/s, if any, also stand disposed.
