It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner filed multiple representations dated 19.04.2023 and

08.01.2024 before the respondent authorities for the redressal of

his grievance. However, no heed was paid to the same. In this

regard, learned counsel has relied upon the dictum of the Co-

ordinate Bench judgment of this Court as enunciated in S.B. CWP

No. 13479/2023 titled as Brij Bhusan Sharma vs. State of

Rajasthan.

In this background, this Court deems it appropriate to direct

the respondent-authorities to adjudicate upon/address the

representations filed by the petitioner dated 19.04.2023 and

[2024:RJ-JP:6131] (2 of 2) [CW-1128/2024]

08.01.2024, in accordance with law, while adhering to the

principles of natural justice, within a period of 8 weeks.

In light of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
